 first get a ball, then look for a bit of flat grass then as you drop the ball make sure you drop the ball on one of the 2 points of the ball then as the ball hits the floor kick it just after it bounces. to get more elevation wait for the ball to rise a Little bit higher then strike through the ball and keep your foot following the ball for more power. :)
